Many people are trying to eat a healthier diet, and with everyone having a busy lifestyle it can be hard to always cook healthy meals at home. Sure, you can go out to eat or order fast food, but that's time and gas wasted. If you're looking for a way to have healthy, nutritious, organic vegan food at home, then Fresh N Lean is the way to go.
Fresh N Lean offers delivery via FedEx all across the country, and they're fresh, not frozen. They have a variety of cuisine styles, like Mediterranean, Asian and South American. All means are made with farm to table ingredients.
All meals are:
- gluten free
- plant based
- low fat
- low sugar
- low sodium
- made with premium organic ingredients
They never contain:
- artificial ingredients or flavors
- corn derived ingredients
So whether you need to eat gluten free due to allergies, or you prefer to eat clean as part of a healthy lifestyle, Fresh N Lean is a great option for you!
I was sent 5 days of meals. They shipped super fast, for obvious reasons. When I received them, they were cold and ready to go into the fridge. The foods were different than anything I've had in terms of pre-made meals. I simply needed to cook the food in the microwave. I'll admit, I'm not on a plant-based diet. Nor do I typically eat "clean". While the foods were a bit new to me, I did enjoy them. My toddler also tried a few bites when I ate (you know how they are, gotta eat everything mommy eats) and she also liked it. Since these foods were fresh, it tasted better than those frozen healthy meals you see at the grocery store. I could see myself buying these, but probably as an A La Carte for lunches for myself. A la cart is also a great way for you to try before you decide to commit. Check out the A La Carte here.
*I don't have any pictures, sadly. My daughter played with my phone and deleted all my photos in it before I had the chance to sync it to iCloud :( Take my word for it, they were delicious!
