Flexible Cutting Mats Review

I received these in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own!

I haven't talked about it a lot, but I went to culinary school right after high school. I ended up having to drop out little more than halfway through due to my back issues (which are now way worse), but that's another story.

Because of my love of food and the kitchen, I love when I get to try out something for the kitchen. I have always had a larger cutting board in the kitchen, but that can get tiresome when I'm trying to just do something small. Or if you're short on counter space (like I am living in an apartment), a large cutting board just doesn't fit, so then you're all sorts of annoyed because of the space issue.

That's me. I get frustrated and flustered. So when I got the chance to review these cutting mats, I jumped at it. I figure it couldn't hurt.

They're amazing.

These mats are so perfect for what I do. I cook for my family of four, but don't always need such a large cutting board as my bamboo board. I'm loving these cutting mats. I've trimmed chicken breasts on them, cut potatoes to bake, fruits, veggies, and I love it.

It's great when you're cutting items that you don't want to cross-contaminate (such as poultry and veggies, or even fruits!) so rather than needing to stop and clean the board, I can continue cutting on another board. It has really made my life just a little bit easier.

Check them out below!

So tell me... Do you have mats like these? What do you like about them?
