I had a silicone baking mat before it was "cool" to have one. I received it with my kit at culinary school, and I loved using it. I honestly have NO idea what happened to it over the past decade (almost). It was the most amazing thing to have on a cookie sheet. Nothing stuck to it! I used it while making sugar bowls with hot sugar, used it while making chocolate cigarettes (something we did in baking class just for fun) and used it to bake on obviously.

I was super happy when BakeItFun asked me to review theirs! I was like heck yeah! I've been using it ever since I got it! I use it almost all the time anytime I use the oven. It's saving me money from buying foil or even wax paper, which we typically use to prevent sticking. Not just with desserts, but anything, really. Tonight I'm using it while baking tater tots!

There are so many uses for these mats, you'll be super happy to have it in your kitchen. Nothing ever sticks to it, and it has the spacing set out for the perfect cookies! The edges offer a ruler, just in case you need it while rolling out dough. Whether you're a professional baker or just love to bake at home, this is something you need in your kitchen.

No need for cooking sprays, foil or parchment paper. It's durable, Eco-friendly (no throwing out the old rolls from the parchment paper), safe to eat from, dishwasher safe even!  Though I've washed it in the dishwasher, I typically hand wash because it's never so messy that I can't just hand wash. Easy to store, either flat in a cookie sheet or rolled back up and placed in a drawer.
